We know that our customers are looking for a contractor they can trust—and trust is harder to come by today than it once was. However, our credentials speak for themselves: we have an H–2, H–3 Class I license with the State of North Carolina and a limited electrical license. We are also a certified Trane Comfort Specialist, passing the stringent requirements that Trane requires from contractors who install their superior products.
Many of our technicians are NATE–certified, and all of our installers are certified to handle refrigerants. Our team members receive hundreds of hours of annual training to ensure that their skills and customer–care are top–notch.
